There is an unexplained component to the UFO phenomenon. This component may or may not be human in origin. Given the research done in this field in relation to historical accounts of strange phenomenon (notably aerial in nature) it appears that Dr. Jacques Vallee's proposed idea of a "control system" might be a more plausible explanation.
